CASA DN 2021 - TrevisoCompleted Project

The restoring of this flat built in the 1950s is located near Treviso’s historical center. The existing plan was particularly fragmented and complex, with a portion built as an extension several years after the original building. It looked necessary to bring on re-organizing and simplifying operations. Thanks to structural reinforces, a wide and permeable living area could be obtained, characterized by the typical “a tavelle” roofing that was brought back to sight; the timber and steel reinforce elements, in addition to their structural function, become characterizing features of the design. The interior transformation is completed by the insertion of specifically designed furniture.
